We welcome guests to begin their stay from 3:00 PM. We request guests depart by 10:00 AM to allow us to prepare for our next arrivals.

To ensure a seamless arrival, please present a valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking. Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve accommodations.

We secure a $200 authorization for incidentals upon arrival, with additional authorizations as needed based on usage.

All reservations require a guarantee with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

If you need to adjust your stay, please contact our dedicated reservations team at hello@themarchhotel.com. We'll be pleased to assist you.

For our standard rate reservations, we offer complimentary cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Modifications within 72 hours will incur a fee equivalent to the entire stay. Special rates, including pre-paid and promotional offerings, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations secured through external booking platforms adhere to their respective policies. For modifications, please contact your booking platform directly.

While subject to availability, we're pleased to accommodate early arrivals and extended departures when possible. A late departure may incur additional charges. 

The March maintains a smoke-free environment throughout our property. If this policy is not observed, a room cleaning fee of $350 will apply.

We provide complimentary luggage storage for your convenience prior to check-in on the day of your arrival and after check-out on the day of your departure. Please inquire with the hotel team with any special requests.

Our curated resort fee ensures access to premium amenities, including:
- Dedicated beach service with towels and chairs (a short walk from the property)
- Complimentary bicycles, subject to availability
- Property-wide high-speed WiFi
- In-room Lavazza espresso and tea service
- Local and national calls

We're pleased to welcome your four-legged companions at $40 per pet per day. Please notify us in advance to ensure a seamless arrival.

Valet service is available at the following rates:
- Standard vehicles: $40
- SUVs: $50
- Oversized vehicles: $70

We provide private transportation services at the following estimated rates (please inquire for rates on your travel dates). 
- From Miami International Airport: $75 (up to 6 guests)
- From Fort Lauderdale Airport: $170 (up to 6 guests)
- To Miami International Airport: $65
- To Miami Cruise Port: $45
- To Fort Lauderdale locations: $180

Based on availability, we're pleased to provide complimentary cribs upon request for our youngest guests.

We welcome deliveries on your behalf. Please ensure packages include the registered guest's name.
