A Boutique Hotel
Built for Small Groups
The March is a 29-room boutique hotel on a quiet Art Deco street in South Beach, two blocks from the sand, with a chef-driven restaurant downstairs and a private room that seats forty.
Most hotels in Miami Beach can fit your group. Very few can be shaped around it. Twenty-nine rooms and suites sit behind one door on Euclid Avenue, so your people sleep along the same corridor, meet in the same lobby and eat in the same restaurant. One team handles the whole stay, from the first date you ask about to the last checkout.

Rooms, Suites and How a Block Works
Twenty-nine redesigned rooms and suites, with floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies on some, and a desk in every one. Balcony rooms give the bride, or the birthday guest, a private perch above the street. Suites give a group somewhere to gather before everyone leaves for dinner.
Every room type can be blocked and there is no cap, so a group can take anything from eight rooms to the entire hotel.
How a block works:
- Group rates start at 8 rooms.
- Any room type, with no limit on how many of each.
- We hold your rooms in writing, with a release date agreed up front and set by season and group type.
- We place your group on the same floors wherever the calendar allows.
- Agents and planners are paid commission from 10% of the net rate.
Offsites Without
the Conference Centre
A leadership team does not need a ballroom. It needs everyone in one building, a room with a door that closes, and somewhere to eat afterwards that nobody complains about.
Orilla's private dining room seats forty behind a closed door and holds eighty standing, with catering from the kitchen in the same building. It is a restaurant space rather than a boardroom, and for a group this size that is usually the appeal. Meeting space is booked alongside rooms, from a minimum of two.
What a proposal covers:
- Minimum group size and what the rate covers
- Payment and cancellation terms.
- Hotel policies and included benefits.
- Any technology or equipment you need, arranged on request.
Practical:
- The private room seats 40, or 80 standing
- Meeting space is booked with rooms, minimum two rooms
- No AV is installed; anything you need is arranged on request
- Companies can be invoiced directly
- Parking available at a charge, with a group discount
Dinner Downstairs
at Orilla
Orilla Bar & Grill is a chef-driven steakhouse by Fernando Trocca: seasonal ingredients, ocean-inspired rooms, and steaks from a Josper oven.
For a group it solves the hardest night of the trip. Nobody splits into two restaurants, nobody arranges cars, and the kitchen builds the menu around your table rather than handing you a set list.
Spaces and options:
- Private Dining Room, 850 sq ft, 40 seated or 50 for a reception.
- The Restaurant, 80 seated or 100 for a reception.
- Full restaurant buyout, against a minimum spend.
- Custom menus for rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners and celebrations.
- Catering for events away from the hotel.
Make The March Yours
Twenty-nine rooms is small enough that a single group can have the entire hotel: every room, the lobby, the restaurant and the front desk, with nobody else in the building. A hotel with two hundred rooms cannot offer that.
For a wedding, the weekend belongs to your family rather than to whoever else booked. For a company, the retreat is genuinely private. And if you do not need all of it, take the part you do.
Included:
- All 29 rooms and suites.
- Orilla and the private dining room.
- Quoted on request, by dates and group size.
A South Beach Base, Near the Convention Center and PortMiami
Euclid Avenue sits a block off the main run, which is precisely the reason to book it. Your group gets quiet at two in the morning and Ocean Drive at two in the afternoon.
The beach is a ten-minute walk with loungers and towels set out. Espanola Way, Lincoln Road, the Marina and South Pointe Park are all reachable on foot or on one of our bicycles. When the group splits up for an afternoon, everyone still makes the same dinner.
